Description :

Post Frame Engineers play a key roll in developing and designing post frame structural designs. They must have the knowledge and ability to follow code compliance and state and federal regulations when developing building designs. Engineers review and approve structural plans prior to regulation review and code compliance. They submit plans to appropriate agencies to receive permits, track accountability, and verify approvals prior to distribution to the client.

Post Frame Engineers also assist team members in resolving structural design problems that may arise on different building projects. They are also responsible for troubleshooting onsite expansion projects. There are opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their career by moving into leadership positions within the Engineering Department. Post Frame Engineering opportunities are located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Qualifications :

• Four year college degree in Civil Engineering
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
