Description :

Midwest Manufacturing offers an excellent and informative Manager Trainee program that prepares individuals to oversee all aspects of one of our busy manufacturing facilities. With hard work and dedication, Manager Trainees are able to advance into assistant management and general management positions. They must have the ability to problem solve and make good business decisions.

Management positions may require some relocation. With our rapid expansion to areas across the Midwest, we are looking for managers to run our new manufacturing facilities. We have locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Ohio.

Qualifications :

• Four year college degree in areas such as Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, and Marketing
• Working knowledge of modern methods and techniques in management
• Ability to write and speak clearly and accurately
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow Midwest Manufacturing managers and team members
• Ability to deal tactfully with team members
• No prior management experience is required for entry level positions
