The Manager Trainee Program involves hands-on training that takes place in one of our many facilities. This program involves learning about Midwest Manufacturing and the products we make, as well as capitalizing on your education to help you develop into an effective and successful manager!

As a Manager Trainee, you will oversee all aspects of our busy manufacturing facilities.  You will learn everything from how our products are manufactured and how our equipment operates to how to manage supply and demand and maintain a balance between payroll and sales. This position will give you a chance to utilize your problem solving abilities to help make good business decisions for the company.

Midwest Manufacturing believes strongly in promotion from within. With support and training from your managers and fellow team members, along with a willingness to relocate, you will be ready in a few months to take the next step in a successful management career.

Management positions require some relocation. With our rapid expansion to areas across the Midwest, we are looking for managers to run our new manufacturing facilities. We have locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Ohio.

• Four year college degree in areas such as Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, and Marketing
• Working knowledge of modern methods and techniques in management
• Ability to write and speak clearly and accurately
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow Midwest Manufacturing managers and team members
• Ability to deal tactfully with team members
• No prior management experience is required for entry level positions
