Description:
Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment to help maintain production flow.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify operational problems with machinery as well as perform some electrical repairs. Maintain maintenance records to help with machine efficiency. Develop ideas to ensure that all equipment produces at a maximum level of efficiency. Record any damage that occurs and determine what repairs may be needed. Be responsible for tools and supplies. Must recognize when supplies of spare parts are low and need to be ordered.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma / GED is preferred
- Mechanical experience is preferred
