Utilize a high degree of technical expertise by working on all elements of multi-tasking systems that require complex
installation procedures. Software developers are given the flexibility of working autonomously or in a group environment
and following all guidelines of our Information Services Project Management Methodology. Developers are responsible for
analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems and devices to process data and provide advanced-level software
support of all related applications for Team Members. Software Developers are based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience
Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills
Excellent analytical skills for problem determination and resolution
Ability to work independently, as well as cooperate with others
Strong proficiency with Java, Visual Basic, or Progress case tools and programming
Knowledge of database administration, data definition language (DDL), structured query language (PL/SQL), and object relational database design concepts and practices
Knowledge of UNIX operating system and proficient in understanding and writing UNIX shell programs
