Description :

Our computer support technicians perform a wide variety of I.T. support duties for all company team members. They ensure that departments are functioning and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team in a busy, professional environment. Computer Support Technicians are found at most of our locations.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two year related experience preferred, including:
  • Installation
  • Repair
  • Upgrade
• Must have experience with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting for desktops and servers
• Strong working knowledge of WINDOWS 9X, NT, 2000, XP
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Network / Client-Server experience (TCP/IP, Server, etc) preferred
• Some experience with configuring routers, switches and hubs is desired
• Dell, Compaq, HP or IBM certifications are a plus
• Experience with various printers (label, impact, inkjet, or laser) is preferred
