Description :

The ability to utilize strong leadership skills is a must for an Information Systems Team Lead. Supervise and train team members in the development and implementation of information systems. Team Leads carry the responsibility of creating and coordinating project management plans and managing the overall execution of these plans in a timely manner and within a budget. Coordinate system installations with the business unit, ensuring that the end results turn out satisfactorily. IS Team Leads are located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of experience in IS
• Excellent supervisory, management, and performance management skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, organizational skills, project management skills and knowledge of project management tools, and verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills for problem determination and resolution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with others
• Strong proficiency with Progress or Informix case tools and/or programming is preferred
• Knowledge of database administration and data definition language (DDL), structured query language (PL/SQL), and object relational database design concepts and practices
• Knowledge of UNIX operating system and proficient in understanding and writing UNIX shell programs is preferred
• Excellent 4GL or SQL analysis and design skills
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable
