Description :

Be a part of the central hub for freight from our Midwest Manufacturing facilities. Coordinate the shipment of special orders and stock orders to all stores and guests. Follow up with stores and guests to ensure accurate arrival and placement of product prior to dispatching. Coordinate and schedule the direct shipment of building materials to the guest's job site beginning with the order entry phase through production to the final delivery. Develop resolutions for any issues and implement the appropriate action plans. There are transportation departments in Wisconsin and Ohio.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations
• Comprehensive understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Construction knowledge or background is preferred
• Attention to detail / accuracy
• Guest service skills
