Description :

Play a key roll in developing and designing trusses. Define and implement structural and truss designs of the future. Truss Designers must have the knowledge and ability to follow code compliance and state and federal regulations when preparing and developing designs. They assist team members with resolving structural design problems that may arise on different building projects. They are also responsible for troubleshooting onsite expansion projects. Many opportunities for job skill enhancement and career advancement into leadership positions are available within the Engineering Departments. There are Truss Engineering opportunities in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Holiday City, Ohio.

Qualifications :

• Four year college degree in any of the following areas:
• Industrial Engineering / Technology
• Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Business Administration / Management
• Operations Management
• Marketing
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
